When your home is no longer able to meet your changing needs, adding an Inoutside garden room is the ideal solution.

Our versatile and stylish outdoor studio rooms come in a range of sizes – all without the hassle and disruption of a standard home renovation or extensions. Here's how it works:

1. SELECT & ORDER

CHOOSE A DESIGN FROM OUR RANGE OF GARDEN ROOMS

Choose your preferred design and floorplan size from our garden room range.
Review and accept your garden room quote with our installation costs.

Please note: The standard price does not include engineering reports or approvals if required by your council or non-standard fittings. 
We will provide you with all the required documents to support your permit application. (Fees Apply)

2. FABRICATION

WAIT FOR YOUR GARDEN ROOM TO BE MANUFACTURED

Once your order has been processed your garden room will be manufactured in our factory where each element is carefully constructed in controlled conditions to your specifications. Fabrication takes 6-8weeks*.

Your prefabricated room will be delivered in flatpack to your site and installed.

3. INSTALLATION

​

YOUR GARDEN ROOM IS READY TO BE INSTALLED

When fabrication is complete your room is ready to be installed on your property.

Pre-built rooms reduce the installation time onsite, which usually takes 4-8 days, depending on the size and design you’ve selected. The entire process from order to completion takes approx. 9-12 weeks in total.

    fully engineered.

  • Structural Treated Framing 90 x 35

  • Sisalation to code

  • Structural bracing as to engineering.

 

Doors & Windows

  • Quality Powered coated Aluminium door and window frames

 

Cladding

  • Choice of 2 exterior finishes (Front & Side)

  • SilverTop ASH  (native Australian timber, FSC Certified)

  • Shadowclad natural 150mm vertical groove 

  • Treated timber Pine decking to front entrance step
